I stripped it to bare metal then only sprayed grey primer under the colour coat, no etch primer. So being that I'd hate for it to haunt me later I'll re do it.

Unfortunately i used the wrong primer in the engine bay so thats going to be stripped back as well. Also decided to paint the engine bay body colour rather than the grey. Then the inner guards will be white to match. All underbody will be sprayed in white "kahguard"

You may also notice my two helpers in the first pic, Brains and Braun

Hey all looking to decide on a few ideas on paint/graphic schemes for my datsun, trouble is my ability on Photoshop is about as good as a four year olds pre school art.

I'm looking for someone to donate there skills on two or three ideas I wanna see brought to life. So if you feel like a challenge Let me know

Thanks Kristian

Nice build. Even better to get some more motovation from it! Love how everything is clean and looks well built. Love a good side project, maybe I need some sheet plastic ,an extractor, some talent and I can paint my car.. nah .
I like the look of your dolly setup, do you find it ok with moving frontwards/backwards?
