I am sorry to hear that you got the shaft. I take no pleasure in having been right on this issue.

Peter,

I googled that Part# and could not find it. I search the Federal Mogul site and did not find it. Do you have a link to a site that sells it?

Thanks

This man's sales pitch sounds oily. The posts giving him a good review are from members who have only posted in this thread. Now he has disappeared with one regular members money.

Hello All,

I'm very glad that there are no negative experiences, so the positive experiences will reveal itself...

I'm also in contact with mr Farrukh Ahmed in Pakistan. In my opinion he is a hard working man and he wants to start his own business.

My problem is with Global Collect, the Funds I want to pay to mr Ahmed have disappeared during the transport.

Till now, we shared some 20 E-Mails, the way we communicated was very good and polite.

Mr. Ahmed, succes with your business and when I get the problem clear, I would certainly do business with you.

Regards,

Seeing as how a failed rod bolt is the fastest way to reduce an expensive engine to a worthless hunk of scrap metal, it makes sense to spend the extra money to use the correct part.

This seller has the lowest listed price that I have found for ARP 102-6002. They should be willing to ship internationally.

There have been several threads on GA16DE RWD with an A series tranny.

It appears that the alignment dowels line up and either 3 or 4 of the bolt holes line up. The input shaft may be too long. GA16 starters may be either on the engine side or the tranny side. A flywheel with the ring gear on the engine side will be required for the swap. In stock form up to 115 hp can be had. Performance parts are expensive. Search the web for more info.

Will an E15 crank fit in an A series engine? What mods are required? I want to stroke my A14 to an A15 but the cranks are not readily available.
