It came from a late 90's model(or mid 90's) toyota the shape as in the pic
The bottle have a little "knob" at the bottom (if you can call it that) a rubber goes over the knob and into the body,I just made a small bracket that bolts to the radiator support panel that holds the bottle at the bottom.

Not sure if you want to change only the motor or whole bottle, I used a bottle and motor from a toyota hilux pick-up older box shape.

Dagse almal. Ek wil by julle hoor van die wat na n elektriese radiator fan toe ge-convert het, watse fan switches julle gebruik het ek het een van n 1400 pulsar ingesit maar die fan kom te vinnag aan, enige voorstelle?

I agree that the stock engine-drive fan is the most effective

I just want to convert to electric because in winter time the engine takes to long to get to normal operating temp especially when I drive short distances which in most cases.

Not necessarily the 10' is much cheaper than the 12', and the 12' must be ordered, but it isn't worth overheating the engine.

I want to know if someone of you know or tried a Davies Craig radiator fan on you datsun's.
Will the 10' provide sufficient cooling in hot whether or should I rather go for a bigger fan.
