One thing to remember is the largest clearance in any engine is squish clearance, this is because of rod stretch.
All engines you must remember are not a static machine, that is why we use hone plates to take into account stress when bolted up,cam ground pistons so they grow to be round at the manufacturers desired running temperature, hence why you run manufacturers rated temperature thermostats etc.
Generally when building engines the minimum squish clearance I will use is 35 thou any less invited trouble with piston valve or chamber clearance.Conrods will actually stretch more than you realise under running conditions.

With a top fuel Keith Black for example having built them we had to allow for an increase in height of a full 10mm when adjusting the blower belt as the engine grows that much taller between Cold and running temps.
Bottom line as stated earlier when you calculate head gasket thickness etc rarely can you exceed 15 thou out the top with most engines unless the head is relieved to take that into account. You may be able to run standard low comp pistons with a deep dish and the crown milled shorter, many modern engines run the ring pack a lot higher than early engines when manufacturers are chasing minimising the dead area above the rings trying to pass ever more stringent emmisions standards so it is an option.

Elemental you really have no idea,if someone has sent threats via txt that is admissable evidence in court for criminal charges.
It is against the law to use a carriage service in such a fashion and even the internet is classified as a carriage service for criminal action that can be brought against some for open threats of violence.
It is whilst understandable also illegal to openly supply details such as someones bank details as was evidently done earlier.

If someone is screwing you over you can approach a magistrate and gain an order to have all their assets and financial accounts frozen by the courts, amazing just how quickly some of these scamming bastards come to the party when they have no more acess to these items.
If they try to sell something frozen under a court order that is a custodial sentence, and to allude to favorable treatment from the police department will land you in court very quickly as they take a dimm view of corruption something that sort of statement alludes to.
The Admins of the site also have a legal obligation to report such offences to the authorities so I think you all need to grow up and sort things out right now, this sort of carrying on will destroy any forum and can result in it being closed by the authorities so wake up everyone, criminal records last forever.

Please note what you have most likely experienced may well not be worn rings as you suspect.
Ever wondered why bodies like the RACV NRMA etc urge people to service their vehicles before going on holidays?
You have most likely just experienced one of the reasons why they do so.
The Weber is undoubtedly jetted way rich this leads to excess fuel getting past the rings into the sump, this then mixes with the oil thinning it out a common issue with city driven vehicles as short trips have a greater percentage of driving on either choke or enrichment cycles if EFI.
Under normal short trips the engine will burn off the thinner oil over time but the added fuel will maintain or even increase the dipstick level,so when you check it it seems OK.

However when you go on a longer trip (ie Holidays) then the longer distance will introduce enough heat into the engine to actually evaporate the fuel out of the oil leading to a major drop in oil level.
This is why people blow up the engines some distance from the beginning of a motorway or expressway as the increased distance allied to harder hotter running evaporates the accumulated fuel out of the oil.Simply put when you thought you had say 4 litres of oil you actually had say 2 litres of oil mixed with 2 litres of fuel.

So as you can see this is most likely your problem, you will smell petrol in the oil when you drain it quite likely so dont rush into an engine rebuild just yet.
Sort that rich running fuel system and give it some fresh oil first.

185/60/14 will have almost identical OD to the original 13" rim tyre combo fitted, there are 2 variants of Stanza struts in australia
First model are jap import variant much the same as sunny, what you have will be the grey Armstrong australian variant these have the advantage of being lighter than 200B or 240K struts but use the 90mm caliper bolt spacing that allows Hilux calipers etc to fit up easily.
The japanese spec ones use a 180B 1600 75mm centre to centre caliper bolt spacing with those the options were more limited to either commodore or late 80's Corvette calipers or Volvo 4 piston variants.
You would be better off getting KYB rather than Pedders which are only a coat of red paint and a sticker away from Monroe gas if you get my drift.
Just a thought being Stanza SSS struts they run a 20mm lower ride height with a slightly uprated spring rate compared to standard GL or GX models,as for the old Oil uprate job dont use engine oil as the standard oil from KYB is around 7 weight and any motorcycle shop can supply fork suspension oil in a range of weights from 2.5,5,10,15,20,30,40 all being made for the suspension application will be much more consistent and seal friendly.

When you do not have an LSD fitted you must turn both axles simultaneously and count the turns of the pinion flange, what has happened is a non LSD has spun on the sun gears and given a false reading.
Sun and planetary gears are in the differential centre and allow axles to rotate independent to one another to travel varying distances going around corners as the outside wheel and hence axle has to travel further than the inner wheel and axle. This is what causes single wheel spin and is why people want a Limited Slip Differential (LSD).
The above quick explanation is why they are called a differential in the first place.

Nothing wrong with a brand new Suzuki hatch in India as it means cheap panels for my MK1 Suzuki GTI.
If you really want to be amazed by old cars still in production long after most people saw them new, look no further than Argentina where the old XP falcon was in production well into the 1990's.
They still make bakkies in South Africa dont they so we can still source new 1200 ute bits because of that.
Back on topic when Nissan designed the Micra you would find that emmisions and packaging were more important than power, but you can still get really good power from a Micra done the right way.

Surely an XU1 type spoiler would be pretty close and should be catered for aftermarket wise another option would be RS2000 type but the angle would not be as close as the XU1 as the slope on the back of the coupe and a Torans boot are very close angle wise.

Built one with Z18 and Built some with 4AGE,for the clutch use a formula car master cylinder mount it on top of the steering column support, simply line the clevis pin of the master cylinder up with where the original cable hooks on to the standard clutch pedal then bolt it up.
Use a remote reservoir and run the lines thru the firewall to the master cylinder and make sure to use the right spec hose for the job.
Custom headers required I sand bent 4>1 system 35mm primaries 39 inches long and a proper merge collector with central diamond on a 4AGE it will make good torque and will rev cleanly to 8600 RPM making power all the way to redline with some other tweaks.
Custom fabed engine mounts as well other than the normal wiring or aftermarket ECU all too easy.
Forgot to mention the pull cable pushes the master cylinder which is fitted back to front with the clevis pin section facing forward, super neat and sano way to go and really easy when you look at it

Cig transmig good machine but will replace it with a kemppi sometime soon just for the lighter weight of an inverter unit ,and as well a kemppi Tig my second kemppi tig they are great, have also had miller welders in the past and they are also good but expensive.
Built quite a number of race and rally cars and roll cages as well as sheet metal fab and would recomend only good quality brands over Chinese junk any day.
Bottom line by the right one first and you wont loose money having to replace junk that wont do the job.
