so finally got the ute onto a dyno, today was spent getting the maps sorted, anyone know what firing angle i should be using? at the moment it's at 400, also does anyone know how much a A14 will advance the timing when under load?

Thats my drama, it obviously not right. it has spark and runs on "start ya bastard" but just wont fire under its own steam. if i run the resistors and low impedance setting will this cause a delay and throw out the dead time? don't think i was getting pulse at the injectors without the resistors. can i run them as high impedance and leave the resistors. no i haven't slept, delirious and i'm fresh out of ideas

i'm not sure what they are off but they flowed at 440 and fit into the factory(?) manifold the comp says it's picking up trigger and home every revolution so u would have to assume that its sending it to? whats a dropping resistor and is it internal or something that should be in the wiring?

hi, i'm having trouble getting my injectors working on my A14, the car has a Haltech platinum sport 2000, the injectors have been flowed and are low impedance, i'm getting signal to the injector and 40psi fuel pressure at the rail. But no squirt. i was struggling to get spark from subaru coil packs and the fix was a 2uf capasitor (spelling is fingered but u get the idea) earthing the row of packs, injectors switch earth so that wouldn't apply exactly the same way. should the injectors or fuel rail be earthed as well as signal wires? i'm stumped any ideas?
