Hey, I recently got a 'short' A12 motor off 1200rallycar (michael) for free, and am looking for parts to complete this engine (to a running stage).

I was wondering if anyone had any of the following stuff they wanted to give away or sell cheap:

* A12 Head with rockers etc etc
* Inlet Manifold
* Dizzy (ive got the bottom half)
* Carbi

And just anything else I generally need to create a working motor.

Im pretty pov, but id shout a 6 pack of beer or $20 or somethin for the above parts.

I Live in Ferntree Gully, Melbourne, Australia.
And will pick up bits if there not too far.

1200rc and i went and had a look at the engine

its jsut a A12, but on the sticker on the hood is says A12S.

any idea what the S is for?

Yeah id say the head was a reco or something....but what really interested me was that sticker which had the engine listed as an A12-SA. unless it just means that it is a A12A for a Sunny..... but im kinda hoping its an A12S :)

do engines from B310s bolt straight into 1200s?
