Never had good luck with yellow top optimas. That's rediculous that they won't stand up to their sales-pitch "warranty" though.

On the other hand, I've had the same red top in my truck for almost 6 years (2 more months). Ran it flat at least 6 times and didn't drive the thing for almost two years at one point. I'll be replacing it with another red top when it finally dies.

I didn't think about youtube but I found an edited version of it (without many of the shots of the motors).

It does have a good overhead just after he jumps into the boat with the bad guy.

So, in the boat chase scene, are those A series powered boats? One has a GX induction setup from the looks of it.

Somebody check it out and confirm please.

It's about 55-56 minutes into the flick.

You're right about the thirst... I've actually gained 100km/tank with the 26/manual swap on low boost, but the 25/auto was horrible on gas. I'm sure the Legnum has it beat there.

Stagea > Legnum

'Course I'm biased.... wife's daily is a Stagea with R34 front end and I just installed an RB26 and manual.

Actually Stagea > Legacy wagon > Legnum

Are you sure the calipers are on the proper sides? The bleeder should be at the top. Seen many people overlook that.

It could, however, be that something critical to the engine running is wired to the incorrect circuit and only has power with the key to 'start'.

You could try swapping out the ign. sw. from the other 120Y.
