pretty much what i wanted to do has been mentioned how much was your carby and where did you get it serviced cal, and also where do you work datsik to be able to make the gaskets.

do they make them for the a14

the cardboard box idea is a great one i do the same i have about three of them

grab coil, little computer box that is near the coil, just about anything that you can that will intechange because you know you will need one and then yopu go down the wreckers and they say $20 and then you'll go whyu didn't i grab that. the seats are worth grabbing.

you've got a point both of you i want to keep mine all warm and a-series but at the same time i like the rertro tech side a perth boy where i'm from got his ute in the hot 4's july 2000 issue 1200 ute with ca18det shortened VP commy diff the works and i've met him he's a nice guy and has some really kool mods he has kept it simple on the inside like repadded stock seats and simple trim and dash, 5 spoke 15's. since being published he's done some other stuff like take out the grille and build an intercooler to be the grille and shaped like th old grille around the lights it's simple yet effective you know it means buissness cos it is a bit of a dark horse

retro or original is great
i have some cheeky mods up my sleeve and ill just have to wait on them but until then it will be a tuff 120y coupe with some 13" jellybeans and a noisy exhaust it holds it's own my mates XD falcon 250 crossflow has trouble shakin me even with a dodgy 3 to 4th gear change and excells don't know whats going onn so it suits me.


i've had a rant now too early to be at work not enough caffiene in the world

it's all right i have a coupe too (120y) and am about to uindertake a mod concerning the tail lights soo i'll keep you informed
