Get a buff and a fine cut cutting compound (for paint) and buff the $hit out of it! Then finish it with a finer polish and it will make a big difference. Treat it as though you're cutting and polishing paint, it will have the same effect.
Personally I'd replace the windscreen but thats just me!!
You don't need to worry about camber till you've put more than an A12 in your rocket and you're going around corners fast or you're putting in a set of coilovers and drastically lowering the height. When you are at this point, you can make or buy adjustable lower control arms then you can play around with the settings. Drilling new holes whilst doable is a bit neanderthal compared to adjustables.
Not ideal as by the looks of it there doesn't seem to be a dial adjustment for the amps, only wire speed. Ideally you need one where you can adjust both as you will need to make smaller adjustments than 4 different settings that machines like this one offer. The amperage (200) is more than enough and will handle quite thick steel plate but when it comes to welding panels you need fine adjustment way down low or you will blow holes in panels and frustrate the $hit out of yourself trying to not to!
I disagree. $40 for a set of caster bushes. Do that first then see what happens. It's a lot less stuffing around that doing struts. I would seriously doubt your struts are bent. Unless it's been whacked against a gutter struts don't just bend! If they are, straighten them! Get someone with a press, work out which way they're bent and straighten them out. Struts for Dattos are getting too rare to just chuck em out based on suspicion!
To answer your question, yes, it will make the car pull right. Think of my basic analogy from earlier that the wheel coming back (due to stuffed bush) makes that side of the car shorter in effect, causing it to pull right.
By the sounds of it you have a caster problem, not camber.
Basically (by the sounds of it) your right hand front caster bush is shagged which allows your front wheel to move backwards which causes your rubbing issue plus it basically makes the wheel base on the right side shorter than the left, hence it pulls to the left. Replace your caster rod bushes and your problems will most likely be fixed. Replace with nolathane for lastability and tightness or with rubber for softer feel.
