I seriously hope I'm wrong but Smurfs disappearance smells very similar to old mate with the "JDM" stickers on his white ute that got jaded about a few things so packed up his bat and ball and went home. There was a tiny disagreement with DD about a tailgate. Hopefully that wasn't all it took?
It will be a crying shame if we don't get to see the end of what up to this point has been an amazingly skillful and dedicated build.
Smurf- please come back! This build is an inspiration to everyone on this site!

That paint is of a stunningly good finish!
How I single out the paint on such an amazing overall product I'm not sure as it's all brilliant but, um yeah, nice.

Needs 10mm more low me thinks. Do you have adjustment in your wobbly link for height adjustment?

Cheers D, I'll look at upgrading my rear LSD down the track as my 33 is a V Spec so active LSD. Will probably do the front diff first though.
Thanks for the offer.

Hi guys, clearing out some more stuff that's taking up room in my shed.
I've got two complete diffs that I intended to make into one shortened LSD 1200 diff.

Both are complete Borg Warner diffs including axles and brake setups (not sure about the Skyline but definately have park brake cables for the Commodore. I intended to use the Commodore housing and centre but with the Skyline axles for the right wheel bolt pattern (providing the axle offset of the Skyline is the same as the Commodore so you can use the Commodore brakes as they're a simpler version than the Skyline/Falcon screw type caliper).
The Commodore diff has been stripped of all mounting points (apart from sway bar mounting points so it could be utilised) and is ready to be shortened.
I'm chasing $300 for both diffs.
For around $1000 (~$250 axle shortening, ~$700 diff shortening and mount placement) all up you could have an awesome LSD for a high powered Datto.
Not really flexible as I'll just keep them otherwise.
Both have been stored inside since I got them so in good clean condition. The LSD was out of a VS Commodore Ute and the centre is still tight.
Cheers!

No. Too late to change anything now.
Buy the whole thing and sell the rest separately if you want them!
I bought this ute for $2000 and spent another $500 or so in panels.
I just couldn't be stuffed selling it separetely or I'd do it myself.

A day and a half to run, up to a whopping $162.
49 (!!) people are watching it so hopefully a few of them bid on it!
Considering there are hundereds of dollars worth of new panels alone someones gunna get a bargain!

I just checked out his build on the Luxxie, that dude is amazing!! The chassis on that thing is out of control.
I like how it gets a Nissan engine too! The Toyota purists would hate that!
