I had the same problem with my fusebox. I wired up some headlight relays right next to the battery. Made my headlights 10x brighter an the fusebox is not as warm anymore. Maybe give that a try.

hi guys, the headlights on my 1200 ute have decided not to work anymore. I changed both of them about a month ago but last nite they stopped working. No low or high beam an no high beam light on the dash. Have checked all the fuses under the dash with a test light an there fine. But i have no power at the plugs for the headlights. Any idea whats wrong?
