When i got longer studs for my 200b hubs, i think I payed something like $10 each, and that was for longer ones.

NEVER bolt top straps (Go over your shoulder) to floor behind seat, in an accident it will compress you're spine when it restricts againt you.
Always mount to a plate or harness bar horizontal to the back of the seat.
