Don't meant to harp on the design, but it doesn't look very strong in regards to the plates that the cross bar bolts to.
When I drafted up my brace ends, I got input from SW and added bracing to the uprights to relieve the stress on the welds.

Even after this render I wasn't too happy with the design so I didn't end up getting it made.

Wtb front fenders for 1200 ute.
can be pair or single side, don't care.
also needs to be cheap haha.
