wow, i have only JUST started to look at your build and i am really jealous of how quick your doing yours haha. i am lucky that mine is pretty much clean of rust but its still a #OOPS# load of work. keep up the good work mate.

2 questions, if i do this, is it legal, and secondly, how easy is it to cut and weld the steelies together (to cut/weld them true)?

packed up my grill with bezels and light surrounds. weighs roughly 3.4kgs and is like 110cms long. aussie post priced it as $100+ which i though was a bit extreme so i was wondering if you guys know of another way to send it, preferably cheaper

DISCO_BOB, would you be able to get dimensions or a labeled diagram of the socket where the light bicket goes? if i have that i could make up a template on autocad or something haha
