yeah i would really hope for 10 000 but obviously wont get that, the engine is capable of 8500rpm but i pulled a massive burnout at my farm and found myself hitting 10 000+ rpm's which i would say contributed to me blowing my head gasket, will the nismo gasket hold 8500 easy?

tryed to measure the gasket today with a ruler, (almost 100% its not accurate) but it seems the piston holes in it are 79mm could be 80mm but wouldnt trust a ruler, i need one of those proper digital measuring thingo's.

Decided to head down to Obriens Aluminum in Windsor, using my warped head gasket get them to make me one out of copper, my mechanic suggests that its my best bet as only the 2 centre holes in the gasket are warped and the outer 2 are just fine.Cheers guys!

where abouts do i get these nissan high tensile bolts? could really use them.

and yeah i had to drill with the left hand drill bit, then hammer them easy out into the hole, 4 of them came out using the left hand drill bit but the other 2 required hammering the easy out into the drilled hole,

NOTE: took me and my mate 2 hours to get them all out, high tensile bolts are a real bitch....
