Battery tray has been cut out, hammered to match the other side of the engine bay and smoothed out with body filler. Didn't want to bog it up but there's just some things that you can't reproduce. got it as close as possible only thin layer. Brake booster has been por 15'd and polished the spacer behind it. all holes in the engine bay have been welded up.

spewing really wanted those brakes....

well its actually really easy with the por 15. cost me $70 for the paint. and all you need is a paint brush. It self settles so it doesn't look like it been painted on with a brush just comes out smooth and you can hit it and it doesn't flake or crack just bends with the metal. I had my parts sand blasted but a quick wizz with a wire brush (grinder attachment) to remove all the grease and flaked paint will be enough. It's an awesome product and i would definitely recommend it just because its so easy gives a great finish. The can i bought was 1 litre I think but I haven't even used half

And once the lip is done and the car is back on the road I'll get to making a mould Andy :)

yeah that's the one. but doesn't have to have the lights. and in australia there on normal gl's and deluxe's. just never can find one and i really want it
