you have to learn respect for the dato in the rain, as i did, the hard way

driving home and got to a traffic circle thought this was the place, pulled off the belted second as i was going round, only to have the arse whip round so fast i could not catch it, so turned with the slid only to stop facing the on-coming traffic, that was now catching me quickly

Hear in s.a it's been raining for about 2 days now, so the roads are nice and slippery, perfect dato conditions hang it this way hang it that way and no tyre wear.

correct me if i'm wrong, but we have ali heads, ali is soft, so the seat has to be hardend, so you can run unleaded no problem.

since my rebuild(5000km) i have used unleaded no problen at all with high compression.

just use it i've had no problems even with my 1200!!

what is you octane rating over there we get a 95 and 97 unleaded

I basicly goimg to use this car as a ginie pig.

to see what needs to be done to improve later i'm hoping to pick up the turbo tomorrow, but due to the clutch giving up i'm a bit short of cash

pulled one hectic burn out floored it a bit more, pressed clutch to change to second as hard as hell no clutch, drive 5km in traffic to get home.

pull motor out in 45min inspect clutch, 2 springs missing and the plate is cracked. #### IT vw ####
