i've set it to stanard timimg marks and valve clearances, what would you recommend? how does a degree wheel work?

1st-6500-7000 2nd-6500-7000 3rd-6500-7000 4th-4200 5th-n/a.

clock speed is 140kmp at 4200-4400. on the open road with the wind behind me!

1st-3rd pulls like a demon, what do you think about shorter gear ratio's to get me into higher rpm??

hey guys,

my a-12 is not going over 140kph, i've cut the cam (290), skimmed the head 1.5mm ported a bit and put a 32/36 on, BUT THIS DAM THING WONT GO OVER 140!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE HELP ANY ADVISE WILL BE HELPFUL.

hey guys,
i got my head skimmed yesterday, 1.5mm has now been removed. bolted it up and found quite a differance i just need to do some fine tuning and i should be sorted.

i would also like to know, what happens when you have your cam timing 1) 1 tooth advanced and 2) 1 tooth retarded.

hey guys, i put a wild cam in my a-12 and the cam cutter said i need to skim 1-2mm off my head to give me the right compression( it's at 150psi now). what do you think? have any of you skimmed your heads that much?

hey guys,
i did a compression test on my a-12 and it was 150psi. does that sound right?? should go higher to about 180psi, and what benifits will i have with my high compression?
