on my tuned A-14 i was using 140/145 mains, 185/180 air correctors, and 50/55 idles.

on my 38DGAS I'm running 185 air correctors, 45 idles and 142 mains.

do your self a favour, take the chokes out completely, the carb flows a bit better.

What are you running at the moment? stanard/ modified??

cheers

yeah, i had the same problem, dirt in the needle and seat and too much fuel getting threw.

clean it out and it will be fine, or even take it back to the carb company maybe they never tightened the seat properly

good luck
