Sure lpg is about half the price....but I've heard you use nearly twice as much of it. Is this true?

G'day

My wiper motor has died and I was just wondering if anyone would know where to get one?

I've checked all the local wreckers, but nothing around. Are they similar to any other models?

fuel ecconomy would have to be a function of engine speed too wouldn't it?

For example I've found in my car that you can have a more vaccuum at a certain speed in 4th gear compare to a less vaccuum at the same road speed in fith gear. However the engine has higher revs in 4th.

Anyone know how to work out the optimum operating conditions to recieve best fuel ecconomy?

If i were to turbo an A14 first thing i would do would be to buy an efi kit for it.

You'd then have to make up an intake plenum and intake runners.......the plenum has to be a specific volume relative to the capacity of the engine, i forget what it is but someone will be able to tell you.

On the exhaust side you may be able to modifiy the original manifold so a turbo can bolt onto it. If you were trying to do this cheap get a turbo from a jap import place. not sure what car you'd get it off Maybe a starlet GT possibly a CA18, don't want too bigger turbo.

If your A14 is pretty stock it won't be able to take much boost. You may also need to lower your compression a bit. You can get copper head gaskets made. I've seen other people use two standard gaskets to get similar results.

well thats just to give you an idea. Theres prob heeps of other stuff like turbo pluming and tuning etc.

Do i just sand them back a bit then under coat them?

Hey don't know if you guys are interested but you can use the reverse lense from the one side as a clear indicator for the oppisite side. Its not a perfect fit. maybe with some small mods it will be acceptable.

Just an idea.

Any one know if you can buy the lenses seperate?
