how do i go about "tightening" the clutch?

yesterday it rained in teh shire and got a lil tail happy a fair few times just muckign around neway after that seemed to have clutch slippage ay like started out not disengaging right seemed iffy. then today its like hell smooth but slips when i plant it.
possible problems
clutch plate worn
pressure palte and clutch plate??
there is oil under the gearbox maybe leakign rear main seal on the crank leaking oil onto the clutch?
incorrect clutch adjustment (look at pic clutch is 1inch further bak than the brake and i only got a 2inch throw and if i release the pedal like 5mm SERO i can like start moving the car)
