Hey ppl I just bought a strut brace for my ute but dont fit because I still running stock air filter... Anyways it's non adjustable stainless steal looks fancy for sale or swap for other fancy bits for a 1200 ute I'm in west syd cheers

Where was your timing?

Hey ppl im in need of a complete heater set up for a 1200 ute (heater box fan controls ) I'm in Sydney west plz help cheers

I had one on a ke20. If u use stock motor run a intercooler helps keeps intake temps down plus more boost:) u can lock the weights in the dizzy to cheat put the vacuum advance line in to manifold n set timing when it hits boost timing retards ;)

Is the idle stop screw backed off? The screw
To the left if idle mix screw

Need a blow thro carb. Rising rate fuel psi reg need at least 2psi more fuel psi then boost. Elec dizzy so u can retard timing going on boost that's as far as I got hope it helps

hey guys iv been stuffing with my ute i set it to base timing 6deg n dwell to like 52. it ran like crap no balls at all. then i read this forum n did the performance timing rev to 4200 set advance to 35deg. didt wanna start but went ok. so i backed it off a lil bit but it only revs to 4400. any help would be great.

there 2 screws on the rocker cover side the one in the midle it idle a/f mix turn it all the waY in to it just touches and then 2 full turns out. thats base a/f mix then the throtle stop screw just touching try that.. same prob as mine my timing is way out but going good. get some one to rev it to 4300 and set timing with no vacuum line on set it to around 30=40deg btdc goes great idles meh so far that where mine is
