We have some new body parts from taiwan.
Then therew are companies that import used Japanese parts. I know one guy that has (new)
original front windshield. Is there any parts I
can help you with ?

Laurel calipers and rotors will fit front struts.
It's a n easy fit, so I was told. So I am on the lookout for a pair of Laurel calipers for my 1200.

Rust..... We have it all, but we can prevent
it by underwashing after every beach outing
and parking in a garage at nights.
As for posting picturers. I will do so as soon as I can put my hands on a digi camara. By the
way most of my body parts came from japan.

My 1200 is in the paint shop. It,s got GSM
auto alarm with central locking, remote trunk,
remote gas lid and I have a new hitachi indoor
power window kit ( m/d# 80125) to install.
A 30 year old car with modern equiptment.
This vehicle will be at car shows. I love it.

The gearbox is 5 speed with electrical speedo sensor. My meter carrys cable. Can I replace the speedo gears in the g/box to work with the original 1200 dash meter ? Or is there a meter that will work in the dash circle?

You are right the gearbox is standard
5 speed , with electric sensor speedo.
I would presume it will have to be re placed with gears for correct calibration. I want to keep my original dash panel. Please advice.
