recess 50mm x 50mm box section into the floor and weld it in. Then make provisions to bolt the seat brackets through them and the floor.

there aint no way this bugger is going to move hehe

I have been trying to look into this event and I have tried to speak to a few people the last few days... seems that there is a lot of people who are of varying opinions.

I dont know much about who is running it and what the experiences are of others but i am thinking that i shouldnt have to higher expectations for this event.

Pitty, i recon this car that i am building would fit in well

Guys and Girls... It pains me to type this thread but due to the Autosports website/forum being hacked by some mofo, i am really in a pickle and need some help from you guys.

Due our website/forum being hacked and the fact that i can not communicate with everyone about the coming trackday at Wakefield which is in less than two weeks time, i still have 20 positions that i need to fill. If i dont fill them, the money comes out of my pocket.

I would very much appreciate your urgent assistance.

If you were interested in coming not this Sunday but next Sunday (or a mate) to Wakefield, this is what we have on offer;

$180 per person
Driver Trainers
Full official timing
we run 5 groups with 10 minute sessions

Given that the AUTOsports site is still crashed, i need people who want to register to ring me direct on 0408255005 or email me at marty@autosports.com.au

Again guys... i appreciate your assistance even if you know someone else who may be interested in coming along.

Thanks in advance!

If i had a coupe.....still looking for a GX...

With all the looking around we were doing before we used Bozz's genuine GX bonnet i also found another one which i bought from a guy in Lithgow for a reasonable price. Maybe i should auction that of as well???

I am infact in the process of what some would think is a pretty serious build for what i hope will be a pretty serious 1200 Coupe with custom "John Taylor" suspension... AP brakes and carbon rotors, Modena dog box and a Southern Motor Works built SR20 with around 450hp.

Weight to me is important (and irronic considering i am 115kg's hehe) and considering my contact in the development of these KCF bonnets so far... i can let you know that we are considering not just gaurds, boot lid and dash etc... but we are also looking into KCF doors and even the roof skin.

There is an a15 powered 1200 Coupe in the states that i am trying to get more info on that has carbon doors, boot, bonnet, dash and roof and it "apparently" is under 550kg's with original floor. we emailed the owner last Thursday and hopefully will get a reply soon.

I am going to infact weigh the following parts over the next few days and at the same time get an estimate of the KCF reproductions and should be able to get a pretty good idea of an estimated weight

Stop talking crap Geoff... the mould for the GX bonnet wasnt made by an FGI rep... it was made by Luke Brown! I suggest you do some homework before claiming to know what you are talking about!
