ok gents... we need a GX Bonnet. Beg, Borrow, Steal i need to get one.

Doesnt matter even if it is already a fibreglass one... we just need something to create a mould out of. I have had about 50 people interested so this is viable for me to chase with Luke the guy who is making them.

yeah Harry, seperation of the rear area where the fuel system and tank will be from the main cabin. More safety than anything...

Yes everyone, as stated we are looking at having some estimates on prices within the next two weeks. I will keep everyone informed.

Hi guys, just wanted to post this up to get some interest to see if anyone else is keen or not.

I have a mate who is doing some work on my racecar ask if i wanted a carbon fibre dash and door trims made. Obviously my answer was yes.

Without knowing prices yet, would any of you guys be interested in a Carbon Fibre dash and door trims as well as the rear side panel covers? If so, i might be able to arrange to get a few sets made up.

He is doing an exact replica of an old dash i had with a flat panel for Motec dash. The middle is also going to continue down the middle to the floor as a straight panel for installation of a switch panel and fuses etc.

The door trims again are an exact replica of a set of door trims and rear side covers that i had.

He pretty much said that some volume would help him cost wise and if i can get a group of guys interested he can how cheap he might be able to do them for me.

Let me know your thoughts poeple ???

I am also getting a mounting platform for my fuel system made out of carbon fibre, as well as a carbon fibre panel that will act as a division for the fuel cell and equipment from the main cabin.

He is also talking about doing guards and bonnet, as well as doors and boot lids but setting up the moulds is an expensive process so we are looking at the basics at the moment.

My car is getting painted black so i recon it will look pretty good but the main reason for it is all, is weight.

C'mon Andy... you know you want to!!!

I know of a 1200 for sale at the moment with a nice little A series in it if you are keen.

Harry and I will both be into the Superlap series next year waving the 1200 flag and it would be awsome to have three beasties out there!
