I will be working on a cheap blower kit for the a-series engines, approx 6psi boost so standard internals should be fine. Crank pulley will be 140mm od and will be an option of amr500 blower pulley sizes

1. a-series steel crank hub...done
2. 6-rib with v-pulley, 140mm od...soon
3. 50/60/70mm amr500 pulleys...soon

My new supercharger crank vpulley with 6rib flat should be available in a couple of weeks. In the mean time i have picked up a 120y to use for making parts for a-series engines.

What water pumps are more common short or long? or should i make parts/pulleys for both?

If you can help I need these measurements, thinking of producing supercharger kits for A-SERIES. Using amr500 supercharger and manifold adaptor.

Will need for both short and long water pumps

I could produce these if there is enough interest, you would have to use a steel crank hub as strength is required to avoid stress fractures. Here is my drawing i did this morning, I may also consider producing these for other engines if sample crank pulleys are supplied

Will be producing these vpulleys so you can use standard vbelts and have the option of fitting one of my supercharger crank pulleys onto it.

These will bolt straight onto my steel crank hubs.

I have a crank pulley here, 140mm outside diameter. Is this standard size for a-series crank pulleys?
