I was just about to put my 63 series gearbox up to my A15 motor and noticed the 18t clutch plate that was on the motor was 190mm dia ?
The flywheel and pressure plate surfaces are also 190mm but I need one with the 24t spline centre!
Went to the brake/clutch place that I use all the time but they said they couldn't help me out.
Does anyone know of a 190mm x 24t spline clutch plate ?
Rather not go back to 180mm if I can help it seeing its pushing 130hp

I looked at this also - I thought you could get 25mm+ by moving the rear screen flush with the 'back of the B pillar' then what you do with the section where the tray meets the rear wall is all just metal/panel work. ( cant remember how much room before you get to the tank)
I'd thought I'd do some strengthening in this area seeing you'd essentially be cutting into a 'unibody'.
I'm only 5'7" and had the standard 'thin' seats re-upholsered to keep as much room as possible.
Still a few more inches would be nice ( off legroom of course :))
Got sidetracked onto other projects and put it on the backburner but Good luck if you decide to go ahead and show us the results.

At the very least take off the back doors, tail gate, bumper and especially the rear tail lights which I would like first dibs on please :)
Will pay good price for the whole assemblys if there in reasonable nick.

Just though I'd start a short thread with a few photos about fitting bike carbs to my A15 thats going into my clubman.
They're Mikuni 36mm RS ( flat sliders ) - got fed up trying to get parts/jets/settings/tuning for Dellotos /webbers /Solex
For me bike carbs are so much simpler and far cheaper for jets, but I have worked with them a far bit before so I might be bais :)

Has anyone got full their twin 40 DHLA Dellortto jetting specs that they have successfully used on an A15 with close to the following specs ?
Large ported H89 head
oversize valves
double valve springs
Wade 140 cam
Forged pistons 11:1 static
H rods
Fully Balanced crank
4-2-1 headers

I'm after sizes of chokes , mains , imulsion tubes, air correction, pump, idle jets and holder size , and aux vent
so I can get as close to a good set up before dyno

Hey Chris, ( Sorry to bomb your thread Ed ) I,ve just wrecked a sedan so I have a few of the bit you are after but I too am in Melbourne .
Tank sender , windscreens front and rear , bonnet lock etc. have origonal doors but are blue and only in reasonable condition
