Thanks for the info, that sounds like a big job, why is the bush not replaceable? I don't think the yoke on the driveshaft is worn.

I recently replaced this seal on my box with a Nissan genuine one but its still leaking heaps, someone told me there is also a bush that may be worn causing the leak? Is that correct?

Mine aren't totally rusted more so dented very badly so welding a section around them might be the easiest option

Thanks all

Hey all
Haven't been able to find much on this topic
Under the floor at the front of the cab there is the two rails and mine are in a bit of a sad state just wondered if there's replacements available or if people fabricate new stronger ones ?
Cheers

hi all
ive had a quick search but cant see what the fix for this may be.
my 79 utes speedo needle has started randomly jumping about,
the cable seems good as does the drive from the box so i assume its the speedo itself, can it be fixed or do i just replace it?
if replacement is the only option, has anyone got one in brisbane for sale, or someplace else and will post ?
thanks

I got one of those kits last year it's pretty nifty the only hassle is doing the calculations, I plated a couple of items when I first got it and they are still good,

Sorry to sway from the actual topic
