Hi just wondering if anyone with some welder knowledge could tell me if this welder would be suitable for welding up some panels on my car?

Thanks

Hey guys I could do with some help and ideas on a dilema I am having with my ute.
The story goes I swapped this ute for a perfectly good sports motorbike which was in mint condition and mechanically perfect. I would of valued my bike at around 5 grand easily.
My mistake was being impatient and I got it into my head that I really wanted to swap it for a old school car as I needed a car for transport and wanted a older car with caracter when this ute come up I snapped it up real quick and unfortunatly I put to much trust in the person that I brought it off that had owned it for the last 10 years that it was in the condition that he advertised in.

Me being a newb to cars really didant know where to look and what to look for, so I kind of ripped myself off, and now all I feel that all I have to show for my 5 grand is a rusty ute:(

The ute has had alot of rust repairs in the past looking at the chassis and I am worried that all of the time money and effort that I put into the ute is gonna go to waste as its just going to keep on rusting.
The problem is that I have no clue to what I am doing and if I do this work myself its going to take along time due to having to teach myself to weld ect.
The main reason why I brought this ute was I needed a car for transport and I was hopeing to get it on the road in a few weeks. Unfortunatly at the moment I do not have any spare money to buy another car with so it kind of screwed that up.
Carnt really afford to pay a proffesional to do the work for me.
I really like the ute I had alot of great plans for it, the only other situation which would work in my favour was to buy another ute and use this one for parts, as I feel eventually I would get my 5 grands work out of parts.
But bit of a #OOPS# as its going to be along time before I can afford to do that.
Trying to pull the old fender off has been a nightmare because all of the rails on the chassis where the fender tacks onto is also rusted so as I am pulling off the fenders the rails are falling apart because of the rust.
I also have to do the other side rear fender and am thinking its going to be the same as this one.
Im not sure what to do.
Heres a couple of pics some stuff I have found sofar.
