Hey guys
Im a bit miffed after getting my hubs back from machining for my s13 conversion.....
- Had the car (85 ute) for a while and assumed i had stock disk brake struts
- Purchased coilover 1200 struts of supafatto (pm'ing you)
- Pulled everything apart and installed struts with camber tops and rca's
- Sent hubs for machining to fit the rotors...all good fits together well
- Go to install bearing but the ones that fit perfect on the stub axles do not fit the hubs :/ They are too big to be pressed in hub, but the ones that dont fit the stub axles fit the hubs and could be pressed in.
- So now im confused and wonder what struts i had on this car in the first place.
- I could machine the inside diameter of the of the hubs to fit the bearing? But if these hubs are potentially wrong......will they not work with the caliper adapter plates etc (kev rowley)
If anyone can shed some light on the issue that would be great
Cheers

It was a sabre sr20 alloy radiator. It ended up with a hole in it.

Ok, interesting read over the last two pages.
Going to get blocks machined down to tilt the diff upwards slightly to match the angle of the gearbox.
