what is the negative side of steel intake manifold other that weight? if its suitable for daily use datsun, what will be the specification like the thickness of the flange and the manifold.

here in malaysia, can get twin su carb and manifold for L series engine. but not for a series..

im searching for it for past few weeks all over the malaysia.. but bad luck. even got also no one willing to sell...

a15 twin su manifold is very hard to get here. almost not available. so i need to custom made the manifold...

possible to mod the L16 manifold with a15 flange ???

i just bought L16 twin SU carb c/w air-cleaner box. for around USD 50. it was unused for 2 year/ need full service.

my question is what to do to fit it to a15 engine...?

As I read thru the forum, if I convert rear disc, I need to remove the RV from the PV. Since I'm using the s14 master pump , there won't be any rv in it right? Correct me if I'm wrong. thanks

Thanks dennisg. As for the spacer, its not aluminum but Steel.

for the rear brake, I suppose to swap the complete axle with disc from s110. But unfortunately someone taken the item before me. And its difficult to find the s110 in my place.
so I decided to replace the stock b310 rear drum brake assembly with c22 (c22 slavepump, brake shoe, backplate and drum) as its bigger thn stock b310 rear brake and match(?) with front c22 brake. But in the junk yard, i saw the Nissan b14 rear brake. Pcd 114.3. I tot I can fabricate the caliper bracket.

so, will the front and rear c22 brake will be better or front c22, rear b14 disc will be better?
btw, I'm using Silvia s14 booster and master pump.

as per the seller, its from 200sx / s110. But my bad luck, it was taken by someone before i return from bank ATM.

while waiting for advice from seniors for the above matter, i want to ask about the brake bias. since im modding the front brake to c22, i have plan to replace the stock drum with c22 complete drum Assembly. now thinking to mod the b14 rear disc. will this combination balanced???
