No. The lever when moved to the neutral position doesn't take it out of gear that it was in.

I'm having trouble lately with my 4 speed stick transmission from a 73 Datsun A12 engine. The shift lever and the detent are still normal but the previous gear is still energized when shifting back to neutral. What does anyone think could be the problem? Also what years are the same for this transmission.

Hi If a rebore would require a new set of pistons what oversizes are available for the A12 engine? and the cost for an oversize set?

Hi..I have a datsun 1200cc B110 engine and need to hone out a little rust in the cylinder walls. How many .001 thousandths can I remove and still use original pistons? What size oversize pistons are available if I need to go that way?

I picked up an A12 engine and the cylinder walls have a slight rust near the tops. I plan on honing out the walls but how much would be too much?

Need to convert A12 1200cc engine to propane. Anyone do this or suggest reference to do it. Engine will be stationary and run at 3600 rpm
