A used set of B110 GX mirrors just popped up on eBay recently, you're going to have to pay more than $300 USD though. This might be a good buy for another member on the forum looking to build a GX clone:

I created a new email address, password and then used a generic American street address, something like the Empire State building. Once you've got the American account set up, then you should be able to add some types of credit cards. I've got 2, and only my Visa card worked, it said my MasterCard wasn't valid in the US.

I've created a US PayPal account before and linked it to an Australian credit card, try that.
