I haven't personally used them, but I have compared the repos on someone else's 1200 to my 1200 with originals. The repos were noticeably thinner, and able to be flexed quite easily by pushing on them.

I suppose you get what you pay for though, but they are quite cheap.

I agree. If you want an original, straight, unbogged and running coupe, you'll need to spend at least 5k, possibly more like 7k. I was looking for the same thing a year ago for quite a while before I spent closer to the 7k mark. Good luck with the hunt

What time did you get there?

I got there about 9:15 with some friends and some people had already left, but there was still plenty of cool rides. I left at about 10:30 and it looked like most other people were leaving too. We drove out with some pretty cool old bagged American rides, we ended up following them through the city.

It was a pretty good turn out.

Plenty of Z's there, only one 1200 was present when I got there, but it was a particularly good example. I didn't get a chance to chat, but who had this fine 1200 ute?
