Looking awesome mate, sucks about the clutch though. I'm sure it'll be a weapon once it gets dialed in and everything goes right!

Which spring/insert for Coilovers?

I'm back from overseas and I have plans for coilovers for the front.

So far I've sourced a set of complete 280zx struts and all the bits needed to make the 2" strut swap. I plan on using the Datsport coilover sleeve so I can run 65mm springs, use a dust boot and weld the sleeve on with the potential to run their camber tops in the future.

What I'm wondering is which spring rate and length should I be using and with which insert? I plan on running 95% street, 5% track and would lean to more of a firm ride. Currently I'm running an A12, with plans to move to an A14 in the future.

I'd also like to know if people have removed a section from the 280zx strut to shorten it before welding on the sleeve, I'd like to get the car as low as possible.

Cheers

I'll take the headlight surrounds pending a pic of them, and maybe the plastic grill if you'll take $50 for it?

Shoot me a pm for pick-up location.

Cheers

That heater motor and fan still up for grabs? I might be interested assuming it's common between ute and coupe.

It's all going that way whether we like it or not. Geneva was full of hybrids this year.
