I'm needing to save a few pennies myself just to buy the idlers and missing bits to get everything laid out correct.

I'm also looking at doing the timing plate with as little material waist as possible. 266.7mm x 266.7mm x 38.1mm billet blocks are a little expensive.

So far the only crucial part to the plate is the crank seal bore location and mating oil pan surface. Get all that correct and the upper half is peaches.

To also let everyone not wanting to do a DOHC setup I can also make a version where we can convert to a HTD timing belt system and do away with the chain.

5 axis NC mill. Bet that black reel to reel tape was fun to program on a punch machine.

I can make the plate accommodate both heads really.

Just a matter of having an idler mount point left vacant.

I have that Z5 head sitting on my shelf.

Single timing belt drive pulley to drive the intake cam, and a chain to drive the exhaust cam.
