I would have taken a map gas torch and heated the block where the stud was before trying to turn it outward.
Carbide is your best option now. I would strip the motor to a point where you can have a machine shop take a carbide endmill to the busted off (not so) easy-out.
Or get a couple 1/4” carbide burr dremel bits a hand work them. Drill it out for an STI tap and install Heli-coils

An idea doesn't work unless you do.
The prices I put up are usually meant for anyone with a regular average income style budget. I want people to be interested in building their car without being discouraged by bloated prices for show n go bits.
