Definetly helps mate !!

So the lower one in photo 1 goes to the dizzy and the one above goes to carbon canister, I don't have a carbon canister so I can block this line ?

What about the other small vacuum line in photo 3 under the water choke hook up ? Block it ?
Do you know if I can hook up a vacuum line for a vacuum gauge to ??

An what do you think about not hooking up the water choke set up ??

Thanks bro

Hi

I'm fitting a 32/36 DGAV-3D WEBBER water choke model to my 1200 ute, has any body fitted one of these webbers to their ute before ?

It looks pretty straight forward apart from a couple of vacuumed ports an a a second fuel line ??

My A15 is stock apart from the exhaust system ..... It has one vacuumed port which leads to the dissy and some electrical wires as well. When installing the webber what do I do with the electrical leads ? And which vacuum port do I hook the vacuum lead off the dizzy to ?

I have attached some photos photos of the webber :

Photo 1 is a photo of the 2 vacuum ports no idea where to hook up ?
Photo 2 is what looks like 2 fuel lines ? They both have arrows pointing to them
Photo 3 is of one vacuum port located under where the hook up is for the water choke (the same side as where the vacuum line was on the standard carby for the dizzy)
Photo 4 is of the water choke ports
Photo 5 is of the fuel line ports and 2 vacuum ports

Also can you get away with not hooking up the water choke ? Or is it not a good idea for cold starts with these carbys ?

Any help would be awesome !!
Thanks

It's for engineering, I have decided to do the ca18det conversion ! I wouldn't bother with the a15 I'm running .....

On the other hand I'm limited to Aussie made r31 or 910 ... Which is all I know I can do with the rear disk conversion with, anything that is jap i have a better chance with in NZ . Now that I have a sunny ute a b122 being jap made will jap parts be more suited for my ute ? Or are they same as the Aussie made 1200 utes .... I can get my hands on jap made 910 rear disk set up ?

Ahh ok well the majority of jap cars in New Zealand are imported because theirs no import tax, stamp duty ect .... The r32 brakes I'm looking at would be off a jap import ! Do you know if the r32 brakes similar to the r 31? They are a 4 stud rotor ...

Hi
I'm planning on doing a drum/disk conversion on my nissan sunny ute 89 model With a h165 diff Its has already had the front disk conversion with s13 brakes ....I've been doing some research on tech wiki an have found you can use the r31 set up can you also use r32 brakes as well ? If so how do they mount to the diff ? Is their an aftermarket bracket you can buy to use to fit the calipers ? And do you need to modify the rotors to fit ?

Thanks sean

So after doing all that do I lift the engine/gearbox into place then fit the crossmember and new gearbox mounts ? Does it leave much clearance around the gearbox ?
