3 things I would investigate:

1: Oil return
2: will the bonnet close
3: will the gearstick dig into your thigh

I don't know for sure but keep an eye on number 1, number 3 can be introduced to an oxy.

oil return cannt be a problem cause the Lseries blocks r used when doing Ka24e conversion, with the engine standing uprite.

I have a flat oil pan already thats why im asking the question.Modified for a 1200

getting the rod ratios up would be great for reves but the stroke to bore ratio would be a bit um over square

it would be very top end power wise but if you can get it together it would be great with some development

next question is whats the head off

overly square is a good thing. mentioned the TC head already........off of a Vauxhall.

Anyone ever used a A12 crank in a A15 block????

Looking at doing this as part of my TC head project(must be under 1300cc).

Are they any 145mm rods that anyone knows, that will fit the A12 crank??

ps. all valves open n close using the TC head on the A15 block

turbo or NA?

Z24 crank with machined counterweights, 89mm bore, i think KA24DE pistons and i'm not sure which rods.

ported A87 head or V91 (200B gas) with double valve springs, 76degree cam and twin 45s on a twin SU manifold to keep with class regs. nice big valves too (L26 or L28 turbo) and datsport headers.

now i have access too all those things...r the N/a L28 vavles the same size?
