I used to always have notes under my windscreen wipers asking if it was for sale and leaving a phone number... and of course I'm guilty of that one too. I think it's every Datsun enthusiasts dream to find an old Granny or Gramps with a rust free 1200 in their shed with 50,000 on the clock ready to sell. The truth is the ones you see a owned by other Datusn enthusiasts that know exactly how desirable the little gem is.

And always I was told: 'You should put a rotor in there, everyone does it'. Too bad I loved my NA 'CA'.

I always got the standard 'Go the Datto' everywhere I went.

I could be at traffic lights and I'd hear it being yelled at me having no idea where it came from.

I would also get people making circle gestures with their hands trying to encourage me to light up the rears. I would never, and take off as slow as possible!
