got some 12"s in Melb

I'd imagine it would be $50 to post them, plus a little bit for me to be bothered getting them to a depot.

I think Navman Jnr is driving me....not as Jnr as he once was.

P.S: "..its just me and all the voices in my head." - now that's just distrubing Mik

P.P.S: The Navman might be driving a Nissan Pulsar closer to a datto than a Ford at least.

I got a pdf of one - a scanned and text recongised copy, of the workshop manual. Covers A12, A14, A15.
It's 30Mb or so - I can't just send it to anyone....but if someone has a website that can host it I can ftp it to them.

TnPShow used to host it...I see he's removed all his Datsun stuff from his site though, someone else was hosting it before them, I've forgot who that was.

Web space is cheap surely someone is up for it.

Theres a pdf available for download off tnpshows website...

EDIT: Looks like his site is down now....I have the original (as I scanned it)

If someone wants to host it on a website that would be good.

I might check what I'll be paying for a system from the extractors back....if it's not too much I just go 2" and be done with it, if it's more than a few hundred I'll get into some standard obsessive research on the topic.

Sounds like around 2" if going to be about right anyway - I'll gradually improve the output of this engine from it's currently stock state so a bit of expandability might be a good thing.

He recommends a sized extractor and a resonator box at the correct length.

Interesting - I wonder what the correct length would be for an A14....

Cool I was thinking 2", I can't imagine that picking an exhaust too big will effect engine performance by much at all.

I can see how a bigger exhaust will result in a slower exhaust gas velocity and the oppuunity to cool more - but don't really understand how much impact that would make.....unless anyone knows better?
