Car is still in the hands of Tommo, should be ready pretty soon he tells me.

Got to get motivated, been hooking around in some really fast cars lately so getting harder to get motivated....

Keen to give some people some data logging hook ups once I get up and running, bit like work but using your logs to get quicker can be really interesting.

I remember in the CA18DET workshop manual it specifies the length of all the bolts. I went out and bought them all new from a generic bolt shop, probably cost $10 or so..

Sounds like we have a delivery address, and 4 sales so far. Letting you know I'm still committed. - Do we need a new thread "Bobtail group buy VIC"?

I'd be down for 1 on a group buy to Melb, if anyone else is keen. I can wait a bit longer if it takes a while to get a group together.

Might have to go have a look at Calder, never driven there, except on the drag strip in the poor old Ford.

PI has to be third as it's a car killer, need our #OOPS# sorted before touching that place I think.

If I remember Calder is mad for concrete walls isn't it?

I'm calling Sandown as choice one, as we can drive there on trade plates...

Probably Winton second easy but long drive there, reasonable track

Third the Island, as someone's car will break there I'd say

If Calder still has circuit days (I wouldn't know anymore) but that would be number 4.

Then of course we could talk hill climbs...

You are getting Police cars made in Australia now too. That's the Holden Caprice here...

This is mostly a Commodore too (engineered in Australia)

...by the way good to be back!

This is a Commodore with a different bonnet to make it look stupid enough for Americans to buy.
