im making one out of fibreglass, my grandad does fibreglass work and is making me one, but i have an alliminium one that he said is just as strong, because i cut the lip of its flat so then i put that trim from inside the doors around it, but im getting sa fibreglass made up.
my old man said sheet metal with strapping across the center would look just the same, but a little heavier, but who cares, dattos only way 600kg or something.
my utes nearly ready fella's, before and after pics coming up....later

yeh, pics will be coming soon, it is still getting painted in the new rav$ dark blue.
i've just lowered so the gaurd is sitting on top of the rim, it looks really nice. ive also taken the 2 locking mechanisms off the back and put a single hilux one inside the tray, and flared the gaurds.
ill have pics soon, i think it will look alot like the blue one in the picture that 2332owner has put out, but a little lower. with 15 inch performance titan deep dish. i had to change my stud pattern though.
i've taken on wally's supercharge idea but am running higher boost. good for 12s, and cheap as hell.
