i found a nissan 4 cylinder engine with 8 spark plugs and it has a 5speed rwd box
on the tapic cover it has nissanZ
i want to know if the box can work on my l16
the owner told me it is either a 1800 or 2000 on the block has e2 so someone please clarify

well i have a l16 in my b310
i only modified my 1200 cross member
and every thing else worked good

the only problem i have is axle tramping
so some input on that would be helpful

well a friend of mine has a fwd SR20DE
that i was planning to get for later in my B310 development so this information is very helpful

so i guess that it would be better to go SR20DE from the silvia one time

thatiswhatthe ca looks like now
but in a couple weeks every thing should be finish
yesterday at bushy park there was a car with a set up close to what i am doing and it was doing good in its group so i guess that i will be good in the same group

my datsun came with 13" alloy rims with the datsun badge because it was a left hand drive one for the american market

i have a b310
l16 engine
4.7:1 diff
160j suspension and brakes

my aim is to get 200hp and up
because of the group i want to run in and dominate

future plans for engine
bore block to 85mm
nife edge and balance crank
stock con rods
3/4 race cam
cut head to raise compression
port and polish intake & exhaust ports
2 webers 45s
msd ignition
4into 2 into1 exhaust manifold

the car is going to be a rally and track car
my friend will post a pic of the car

i also want to about the best carbs to use on a l16 which is bored to 85mm with a cam
right now i have in the sss can but am buying a 3/4 race cam
