Yellow Terra Rolla Rockers SUCK...

I have had a valve train noise all year at about 8000rpm, everyone I talked to said "valve bounce" or "valve hitting piston"

But at Rally Aus I though well one thing I have change this year was to put on Yellow Terra roller rockers with Crow crome-molly push rods. So I change it all back to standard rockers and push rods, problem gone. set the limiter to 8200rpm no problems.

Has any one else had this problem. (I do check gap and end float setting before every rally)

In the rally car rebuild I am looking at fixing the cooling problem for good. also I am looking at cutting weight at all costs.

So I am in need of a new radiator, hopefully plastic/aluminium one I have look at pulsar N14 but it takes up all of the radiator support panel is there a smaller option..

Sound good,

I need to know how high the base cast section is from where the steering arm bolts on to where the tube goes in. I have some 240k ones but they are only 55mm high.

The old ones i have i think are stanza and messure 60mm high they are also thicker in diameter.

also do you have the streeing arms.

I not sure what DATRAT use i thought it was Verada?.

But i have just converted some Suzuki Swift GTI rotors for my new setup. They are 250mm in diameter (close to the 253mm standard) and have 47mm offset (48mm standard) also they are only 18.5mm thick and can be machined down to 16.5mm.

I needed to get the centre hole enlarged and get 4 new bolt holls drilled, but it was very easy conversion. But i am not using these calipers. I am now using willwood dynalites.
