Get the b310 sunny manual as suggested. Follow the instructions and you will be fine. Gearboxes are surprisingly straightforward for the mechanically inclined.

I'd say that Kelford cams in Christchurch would likely be regarded the best in NZ. From memory a few hundred $ including cam regrinding and refacing followers, which is a must. They'd also suggest a grind to suit.
Pushrods: if anything they'd theoretically want to be shorter after regrinding the cam, however, this is rarely required in practice. Also, assuming you also plane the head to increase compression, this goes some way to compensating for the reduced cam base circle.
Having said all this, I'm sure there will be well-reputed cam shops in Oz.

Grill looks to be off last of the B310s.


Bumper looks like early B310 (round headlight model) - some of the ones with rubber ends were like this underneath, but some were simply cut off square.


Headlights look like late Toyota Corolla DX (similar generation to B310)

I used to have a B310 sedan and then a coupe. Also had workshop manual. My recollection is ~895kg. Heavier in USA though with emmissions gear and/or AC etc.

Hi - does anyone have a part number I can try for JE Pistons? I have damaged No.1 piston (JE) in my race engine but unfortunately haven't yet been able to ascertain the part no. (I purchased the engine second hand some years ago).
Pistons are:
Flat top, with valve reliefs
Bore 78mm
18mm piston pin (full floating/circlipped. Brass bush pressed into conrod)
1mm top ring/1.2mm 2nd ring/3 piece oil control ring
Engine is A12A FWIW
