i have an A12 in my SSS cam, factory headers and twin 40's. also an A15 out of an early 80's C20 van with a mild cam carb and extractors it has smooth power though the range with heaps of torque. but then it all comes down to what you can afford.

depends on the country. most were ex Japan and can be seen on sites like "datsun soul" or the English Datsun club

if i remember correctlu it was a Kansas Beige datsun sedan, either a 1200 or 1600.

don't know the quickest, but the fastest was a 1989 BMW M6. it pulled like a school boy, but i ran out of road at 225 K's, with penlty to go.

i am getting a warrant on my SSS this week. then it's off to the local Police weighbridge for a weigh in.. the car is how it was on the show room floor nothing added. i will post the weight.

why not try a 2 litre V6 (they will fit) from the early front drive Maxima, they are getting old and an early import can be picked up cheap.
