Can they get those crystal tailights? If so and there cheaper than the ones on ebay I'd be interested.
Thanks.

Dan, Do you ever head in to Melbourne (Pakenham/Dandenong)?
What colour are the seats?
Would you sell the axles from the ute diff?

If you have a pic of seats can you post it here or email it to me (shandy@nex.net.au).

..Thanks

Yeah thats the one. I think it was on ebay a couple of times.

I bought the door and tailgate which where supposed to be genuine...but I suspect the tailgate is taiwanese. Paid good money for them and both arrived damaged....note to others don't send panels using VICFAST.

As for price of the current panels, these would be about $450 the lot on ebay so the $600 asking price seems somewhat excessive!!!

1972 Datsun 1200 Coupe - This car is totally original. It is the orange/mustard color and was fitted with a vinyl roof. However, vinyl has been removed and this has revealed several rust spots around the front and rear screens. Interior is in very good condition apart from cracked dash pad. Floor pan is rust free. Car has been off the road for sometime and although it can be driven it will need some mechanical attention (e.g. brakes don't pull up to well and engine needs a tune etc.). Paint faded in places.
Car being sold without RWC or rego. Would suit someone looking for a relatively easy restoration.
Car is located in Frankston Victoria.
For more details or photos please email:
shandy@nex.net.au

Price: $1900.00

So where did you find a CA powered ute in Melbourne for that low price? Sounds like a bargain. Was it engineered?

Looks like business is going well. I'd been thinking about a fiberglass hoodlining for awhile as it would look a lot smoother and hopefully also give a little more headroom. Would be good if a little hump could be moulded in the centre near the windscreeon to allow for fitment of a decent rearview mirror and those little interior lights (like the little roof console fitted to some of the Sigmas).

As for the consoles I'm hoping one of them may be suitable for those of us running the S13 gearbox, as the gearstick hole is quite a way back. Or are they just a replica of the two styles Datsun produced?

Anyway keep those datto parts coming Geoff!
