i put mine in the glove box, since the cd player was a bit too long to fit in the radio spot. I'm putting gauges in there too. i have an oil pressure gauge i had laying around in there, and the rest of the space is nice for my cell phone, since the cord can be run from the cig lighter inside the dash.

wow, in california all hey care is that your car doesn't pollute. you could have lawn chairs as seats and 3 bald tires, 1 missing wheel and a cracked windshield and no brakes. All fine. Let that carbon monoxide get higher than they think it should be. Off the road!

Some states here have mechanical checks apparently.

81 sunny 310 hatch and 83 nissan sentra 2 door sedan.

I've been wanting to own a car that was available in FWD and RWD. Those are pretty close, I really should have a 2 door sedan datsun.

I'm thinking that both cars will be e15t powered. once I get an e15t running.

the 200sx rear axle comes from an 81 200sx, search here for h190 diff. or ask Leosnake_2000 about it, he's working on one and is also here in CA.

what about springs and coil over kits? I haven't been able to get springs from datrats still and there just doesn't seem to be a source for 1.5" lowering springs for datsuns in NA.

HI!
Is your b310 a hatch back or sedan? I have a hatchback.

I think putting the A15 in should be pretty easy, There isn't really an ECU, the fuel pump is on the engine, Wiring should be mostly the same, same clutch cylinder. You'll definatly want the A15 tranny too.

I have a set of early 80's 280zx front nuckles, strut, and brakes, I haven't gotten around to trying to fit them. I was waiting to make a set of coilovers out of the struts and put it all in at once. rear brakes, you are better to swap the 200sx rear axle and get disks and a stronger diff. It's not an exact easy swap, but many have done it.

I have 195x50x15's on mine. I spent too much money on my setup, i have old heavy rims and had custom spacers made. but they look nice.

if you don't want your front bumper i'll take it if it's not bent.

i have some random b310 parts and whatnot, so send me a message if you need anything.

how lazy can we be with the mounts? I'm trying to visualize a way to mount that engine securely. You could make a cradle that hooked to the crank and tranny sides of the engine ( now front and rear ) which would idealy hook right to the old engine mounts. how was it done before? any pics?

the e15t sounds like a sweet swap, it's light and will make some power.

what kind of 1/4 mile times are ca18det datsuns getting?

i'm interested. will they work on a sunny 310? Do you know what king spring part number they are? I need those front springs and a set of the progressive 1.5 inch lowering springs for the rear. I can't seem to get them from datrats.
