Once you're on boost, the hermholtz efect goes out the window, so runner length mean bugger all.

No need to turbo it too.
A supercharger will make all the torque you need all day.
Run injection too, and then you can run a water to air intercooler. lake/sea water then provides unlimited cooling for the charge. Every 11 degrees F that you drop your intake temp you gain 1% hp. It's free power.
A mate's bother has an SR20 in a jetboat, runing an SC14 geared up to hell. Just with a simple subaru water to air exchanger. Goes great apparently.

Are you talking about the energizer lugs, or the synchro rings?
The Synchro rings are availabe new from nissan.
However, it's quite common for the journal upon which the ring runs to wear.
Parts from a 60a four speed should work yes. (I've used 63 four speed parts in my 63a five speed before.

H75 (a140 head have no water galliries as they still used an exhaust hotbox.
The A15's (H89) has water galleries, as they had no exhaust heating.

CA16de rods are way strong, but a little it lighter than CA18 rods.
Personally, I would just race prep the stock rods, (polish, ARP bolts, balance, and shot peen) And run some nice forged pistons.
Standard pistons are weak, and will get puffy with boost use.

I had a paint shop make up some colour match paint in both the block colour, and the air cleaner colour. I put quite a few hours work into detailing it up, and came up amazing.

Damn you're lucky.
Even though my 63a needs a bit of love, (Mostly due to it's age, and the manor in which I've abused the living f-k out of it) they are the best A series gearbox by a country mile.
